A lock feature for Assets and Objects

A feature to lock assets once they are placed, kind of like where the icons are when you click on an object and have the options of action there, a little lock that’s open (show moveable) or closed (to show it’s locked and can’t be moved.)

To help prevent accidentally grabbing already places asset's and objects.
