Accessibility: Toggle On/Off Multiple Item Placement

Some users may not have the full us of both hands to control the mouse and press and hold a key at the same time. An option to press/release to toggle Multiple Item Placement on/off. Plus an option to visually see the toggle status on the bar at the top (or switch it on/off).
