Because we don't want to have DA staff or Steam policing uploads, it's incumbent on DA users to be the first line of policing their behavior.

3D and 2D content are available for purchase and use within DA, but obviously aren't permitted to upload and share.

It would be helpful for prolific purveyors of 3rd party content they import if they had a toggle or switch they enable that helps them track this status of content and simply disables the upload button.

The reason is to prevent users from forgetting where it came from and accidentally upload it where it doesn't belong.
