API / CLI / Headless Rendering

I'd like to propose the option to run a second (or more) copies of DA in a headless state that can be configured to perform Rendering DMI files to WEBM/JPG/MP4 etc. This would let me off load that process from my primary workstation where I'm creating my maps. Right now to render a WEBM takes a fair amount of time, during which I can't work on any other maps. I'd love to be able to hand that off to another "dedicated" server or process.
