Better Tool Tips, Object pop-ups

When you select or create an object, there are three (or more) options which show up below the object. The one on the left (Mirror) has a pop-up but the rest are just there and you have to know what each of them do. Now, Delete is a bit obvious but the middle one (a white line with a break in the middle) I have no idea what that does. So my suggestion is to always have pop-uips on each item's options so there is no guess work. Note the image. Left circle has a pop-up but the other two do not.
