Brush tool features

-Ability to select tiles to include or exclude from brush tool effects.
-Ability to edit the the type and size of objects placed by the object brush tool. Example: Maybe when one is using the mosscovered rock brush, they don't want to place the pillar-shaped rocks, or they don't want rocks that are tiny.
-Bigger maximum brush size
-Customizable object brush: paint the map with any assortment of objects!
