Change floor/wall colors on the fly

I would love to be able to go in and change the color of floors and walls on the fly. For example, I find a wallpaper or tile pattern I like, but instead of black and white floor or red wallpaper, maybe I want green and blue tile with yellow wallpaper. Instead of needing a new asset for every combo, it would be cool to expand the ability to right-click and change the colors for those items for even more customization without needing to download a different asset for every room.
