Change Outside Terrain

I know you've added a "change terrain" that allows you to change terrain while retaining all of the interior placements. However, I'd love if I could do that with an exterior map, this would be especially useful as you release the winter tile sets and I have a LOT of external maps that need to be converted, and using the "change terrain type" just makes an entirely new map.
