Dynamic Wall Paper

I'm not sure how this would interact with existing assets, but I would like to see exterior and interior wallpapers that flow out on to the floor or float out into the air. Like perhaps the building is on fire and the smoke is billowing up into the air through an open window. Or maybe a wall was destroyed and rubble is spilling out into the street. Or maybe the room is built out of an exotic item like a giant mushroom or fruit or something.
