Effects and Token pathing pattern

For users that like having animated maps, or simply in the hopes of getting closer to making DA and full VTT, I believe that allowing users to draw paths for Tokens and Effects, with configurable speeds, delays and branches would make maps more lively and allow some neat cosmetic additions like animated flamethrower traps
