Fine tuning

Maybe my computer is not good enough, but sometimes is difficult and time consuming to move an object exactly at the point you want (almost using the mouse), but if using keyboard cursors may do a fine tuning to move or rotate just a few px, will be great. Or put some kind of numerical (ex. +5px) also will be good.
