Hanging Baskets

Building city buildings and think hanging baskets would be a nice touch. Despite trying, haven't found a work around yet.
Filled with flowers and plants, and maybe ones that can filled filled from chosen assets.

Edit: Oct 22 - Have found an adequate work around now :-)
