Also they need to make Level 0 buildings without touching the terrain, much like they do for level 1 and etc buildings. That way you can have building over water.

Would be great to be able to add waves along coastal scenes.

The biggest thing missing from the software is just a plain water map with nothing on it. The ability to create ships and structures on the water would be a welcomed addition!
