Hotkey to toggle graphics presets/settings

Add a hotkey to toggle between different graphics settings. Complex maps are nicer to model at lower graphics settings for higher framerate, but I’d like to be able to quickly toggle to higher settings when placing lighting etc without needing to go through the menus.
