Import Objects with Adjustable Colors

Right now you can import STL files, that allow you to change the color of the entire object. It would be good to allow import of items with only parts of the model customizable. Example, If I wanted to import a bed with sheets, and wanted the sheets to be a custom color. Right now, there is no way to do that.
