Improve Firstperson/Cinematic Mode

Some improvements would be usefull for the Firstperson/Cinematic Mode:

• Adjust the Parchment: sometimes the parchement ist very present in the background. This makes the Pictures/Videos look not so good.
• Add Weather Effects (related to the weather effects vote somewhere here)
• Add Roofs for Buildungs.
