Improved texture and color customization.

There's a feature that I think it could be very useful and maybe it would improve customization a little. Is the option to change color, texture and maybe add patterns to the 3d objects.
This is a feature from Sims 3 called "create a style" that makes possible to modify the color or texture of each part of a furniture, a wall paint or the floor. It has a list of textures with different categories (plastic,fabric,metal,wood,etc) and it also has a chromatic circle for chainging the color. For example:

There is a bed and I can make the wood parts reddish or I can add patterns to the fabric.
