Increase overall limit for circular and hexagonal room size.

Putting it simply, increasing the upper limit on how big circular and hexagonal rooms would be a very pleasant improvement for the construction of larger scale halls and towers and would increase the overall variety one can achieve with the room tool.

Currently, the maximum size of a circular room is 18×18, which is viable for smaller scale projects, but often times, you’ll end up having larger rooms when it comes to more magnificent locations, particularly underground designs where caverns can be quite large. Not to mention the penchant a lot of modules have for magnificent, circular halls.
