Indoor Balconies and open Space

For rooms 2+ stories tall, such as great halls, that often have balconies on the upper floors overlooking the floor a story or two below, it would be nice to be able to create balconies (with railing), and have some "room" that could represent the spaces that are open to the floor one or more stories below.
