A massive QOL improvement would be to allow us to "hide" downloaded assets from the object browser.
As it stands, downloaded assets are categorized and placed with native DA assets. So when you open the "nature" tab, you find all your nature objects, including any downloaded ones.
This makes perfect sense, since we want our objects, downloaded or native, to appear in the right category.
HOWEVER, one of the biggest gripes I have with the Steam Workshop assets is that when they appear in the Object Placement window, they often cause lag spikes.
I deleted all of my assets under 5mb, and I still experience lag spikes with Workshop assets.
I would like to propose a nice QOL solution to this - adding a simple check-box at the top right of the Objects menu for "Toggle Downloaded Assets On/Off" for specifically the menu browser.
The function would be simple - when active, the Object browser would only show NATIVE assets.
