Method for custom rooms

i wish there was a method where you can like select a walltype, floortype and maybe door and window type so you can make your own themes for rooms. and then fill the furniture yourself. like make your own room presets, cause right now there are very few and i'm starting to think maybe 1 or 2 more will be released and thats it.

i’d love it if it was that you can select the wall and floor types before creating the rooms. so you make your own preset instead of ones that already exist. for example i want to make a bank, i will now use the mansion hallway preset without inventory and then change the walls, windows floors and doors manually. but i'd rather choose the wall and such first. and then make the multiple rooms with those instead of manually changing everything for every room afterwards.
