Mini map / navigator while building

…mentioned on stream, i didn't find it yet: A tool to navigate through your map while building like in Photoshop (screen cap) or similar apps.
This would help in a variety of situations, e.g. when detailing specific areas, and potentially save a lot of scrolling in and out.
