Multiple Layers in a Single File and Roof Tokens

I would like to be able to export multiple layers into a single image file, similar to what's shown in the attached image (which I achieved by having to create two maps an dcopying and pasting from one map to another after importing). Would also like roofs exportable as tokens now that Roll20 has a foreground layer specifically for things like roofs.
