Organiclly shaped room layouts via a polygon tool

It would be helpful to be able to draw out a room's layout with a tool like the polygon lasso to create organically shaped rooms. This would also make tracing caves or bodies of water easier and quicker than painting with a brush. Having the ability to add or subtract a shape to an existing room would also be useful in cases where you need to cut out a pond or cave area.
