Room Height and Elevation

It would be nice to be able to choose the room height of each room to change how high up the ceilings are, especially if you want to create images from a characters pov. I would also like it if we can have differing elevations for each room even adjacent rooms in case we want to have a couple of steps leading up to a slightly higher area in our maps .
