Sewers and tunnels

We have caves and we have a way to use tiles as water, but if you want to make sewers, they become very bland and very lifeless. Would be great if there were a room option for sewers with water effects and customary accessories like rats, outflow pipes, other pipework, blockages and obstructions etc.
