Shelf Generator

The ability to generate/regenerate shelf items with a theme. Building a kitchen? Generate a shelf with a random placement of plates, pots and pans, cups, etc. Pantry? Something other than a bread or cheese shelf. Or even just a DIFFERENT bread or cheese shelf.

Maybe this can be combined with the chaos slider from another feature request to determine how cluttered/organized a shelf is.
