Snow Patches

Object snow patches so we can have non-snow scenes with areas of snow, or add areas of deeper snow to snowy scenes. Ideas would be a few large rougly circular patches, a few snow drifts with high angles to place next to walls or other objects, and a few wiggly/snake like snow objects for free-standing drifts.
