Stone foundation tiles for buildings

I'd love to be able to lay down an area with 1, 2 or 3 ft-deep foundational stone tiles that you could build everything else on. There would need to be a special 5' tile of 3-ft-wide wooden or stone stairs that could cut into the foundation.
