Turn of UI in Cinematic Mode

I would very much prefer to be able to use any number of screen recording software/hardware to record 4k top-downs of my maps to use rather than the built in video exporter.

The problem is that using Cinematic Mode leaves the banner at the top with the controls. Being able to disable that and revert from a UI-less full screen would be super helpful and much more efficient.
