[UI] Scroll speed is way too slow.

I find the scroll speed, or rather the distance the mouse wheel moves through the UI, way, way, WAY too slow.
It takes forever to scroll through all the different objects.

I need 24 complete mouse wheel rotations just to scroll from the very top to the very bottom of the "Single Doors" list.

I find that incredibly tedious and inconvenient.
Personally, I think each mouse wheel scroll should move through at least 5x the current distance.
