Uniform floor coverings

I would be great if you could set the floor type once, and all the rooms then have that floor type. Currently if you want to have all the floors the same, you have to go back after the room is created and reset it to the same as all the other rooms. This is a little irritating when you have a whole mansion to do!

There will be some rooms that are different, of course, but they are the exception not the rule.
