User created doors, walls, floors, and windows.

Currently users can create and share objects, but they cannot share doors, walls, floors, and windows. This has lead to players sharing objects that look like doors, walls, doors, etc. but because they are objects utilizing them in DA is very janky. You can't mount things on objects that look like walls, you can't open objects that look like doors, and you can't put objects that look like windows on a wall and see through it.

A simple partial solution may be to just allow users to share door/window/wall/floor texture packs without any associated model. This would at least allow for user created themed assets.
