UVTT Export

When exporting a map, if the format “Universal VTT” is chosen I think you should filter all of the Video formats out of the File Type dropdown. My understanding is that UVTT does not support video backgrounds. Currently if you choose a Video File type with a UVTT format the 2.dd2vtt is damaged and useless.
