I would kill for a great program to generate world maps, regional maps, and city/town maps

I would by a separate town generator My thought would be it could work like this
Town overview mode: When viewing the highest map level, each roofed building would be treated as one closed object. Its detailed interior would not be loaded or accessible from the town map. This would allow considerably larger settlements without requiring Dungeon Alchemist to render every room and object.
Linked interior maps: Each building object could have a link to a separate Dungeon Alchemist map. Selecting the building or entering its doorway would open the corresponding interior map. An exit point on that map could return you to the town map.
This would essentially create a hub-and-interior system:
Town map = streets, terrain and simplified closed buildings
Building entrance = link or transition point
Separate map = detailed interior and possibly multiple floors
Exit = return to the town map
also generating an object from a building developed separately

Integration would be awesome. But a first step, very usefull, would be a simple Village/town generator. Instead of drawing rooms, you draw Neighborhood (poor, rich, merchant…), and it puts small houses.
