Winter Theme Improvements

I would love to have access to toggle-able states for objects, specifically things like foliage, having green grasses or small plants breaking through the snow, also potentially some snow tiles (similar to the mosses)

As is right now, I love that we are getting closer to having a solid winter theme and im so stoked, but things like trees/plants just being remapped completely instead of having a snow texture intermingled with other textures (like the rocks).
