Feature Requests

I'd personally like to be able to use DA in conjunction with a Digital Table top. Don't really want to see anything ruleset specific but would love to see the following features for VTT lite support.

  • 2nd Screen
  • Fog of war
  • Being able to hide/unhide tokens on the map (to simulate invisible or hidden characters/npcs)
  • Rulers for onscreen measurement
  • Effect Brushes for AOE type spells (cones, cubes, etc) with the ability to snap them to a specific object (like a figurine on the map)

    Your Own Virtual Table Top

    Allow other players to join the maps and control their characters and roll dice.

      I would like this to be a virtual tabletop that everyone can join to play though the program itself

      Player view only second window

      Having the ability to project the map on another screen but for player view only, While the DM modifies and update the map on his DM view screen. The player view screen would be update live by the changes of the DM on his screen. This would enable the software to be used in IRL table sessions as a 'living' map

    VTT

    Enable access as a VTT. The product is fantastic but the inability to use it as a VTT means I can only export as a 2D image into an existing VTT (eg Let’s Role). This loses so much of the creative effort that’s gone into it.
    Enabling VTT like TableTop Simulator would be awesome - thanks.

      Integrated D.A. VTT

      I would love to see an integrated Dungeon Alchemist VTT. A setting that allows a top-down or POV style VTT experience within D.A. itself. Allowing me to make maps in the D.A. program and then play a game of D&D or Daggerheart, or PF, or anything esle INSIDE the D.A. program. Something I can stream via discord to players, or maybe even put up on a TV as a virtual tabletop in-person.
